Leeds vs Chelsea
Premier League | 13th March 2021 | 13.30pm

Patrick Bamford comes up against his former side this weekend and will be desperate as ever to prove them wrong in letting him go.
He scored 4 minutes into the last game between the two but the problem he faces is Leeds come into this game in a poor run of form that has seen them lose 4 of their last 5 and fail to score in 3 of those. Against a Chelsea side in the sort of form they are in the stats look ominous.
Chelsea are now unbeaten in 12 and have kept a clean sheet in each of their last 4 games.
Biesla vs Tuchel should be an interesting match up with two intelligent coaches who like to play possesion based football.
Biesla had this to say in his press conference: “They’re in a positive dynamic in terms of results and have a clear confidence in how they manage the ball.
“We’ll have to try to defend well and attack better than they do."
Chelsea
Chelsea's last game was a 2-0 win against Everton, they looked very dominant and could easily have scored 3 or 4.
It was a particularly poignant performance from Kai Havertz who ended the day with two assists and finally looks to have turned the corner.
Timo Werner on the other hand is still struggling to put the ball in the net and did have a couple of decent chances to score.
Chelsea do have a very important game midweek so may rest a few but Tuchel has been pretty rotation heavy anyway.
Leeds
Leeds form has taken a dip and worryingly for them the goals have dried up. The mentality has generally been one of score one more than the opposition and only scoring in 2 of their last 5 games that is always going to be very difficult.
They have lost to West Ham and Aston Villa in their last two but beat Southampton 3-0 in the game previous to those.
Head to Head
The last game between the pair was a 3-1 win for Chelsea back in December.
Bamford opened the scoring with Giroud equalising in the 27th minute. Zouma got the winner in the 63rd minute and Pulisic added a Chelsea third in the closing stages.
The game saw 12 corners, 8 for Chelsea and 4 for Leeds. Leeds also received 2 bookings.
